We can draw on 20 years of experience installing kitchens. Once you have your 3D colour composite kitchen plan from your kitchen supplier, we ensure the finer details are just as you want, these include electrical points, radiators, underfloor heating, built-in appliances, the position of skylights, lanterns and Velux windows.

LOFT CONVERSIONS
We are specialists in loft conversions. Maximising space is essential for getting the most out of your budget, especially in a fast-moving Manchester market. Dormer loft conversions are the most versatile and popular, they extend your existing roof, offering additional head and floor space.
We act as a principal contractor (builder) and as such take instruction from the principal designer (architect) as to the most suitable build style. Architects will advise on the issues you may face if your house is in a conservation area and advise on whether the local council’s planning department will likely pass your plans.
HOME EXTENSIONS
From small single-storey extensions to large double-storey wraparound extensions, we are specialists in building new extensions. Our 20 years of experience allow us to simplify the process. From working with architectural plans to construction and final sign-off, we ensure a smooth and stress-free experience with realistic goals and expectations from start to finish.
Builds often require us to work with your structural engineer and, where necessary, use Reinforced Steel Joists (RSJs). RSJs are required when removing chimney breasts, opening the space between a kitchen and living space, or creating larger add-on extensions, where we would need to use ‘Goal Posts’ that require us to dig out foundations.

FLAT ROOFS
We are roofing specialists and carcass roofing is our passion. We are fully certified to install GRP and EPDM rubber flat roofs and traditional pitched roofs of any style. We integrate traditional methods with new construction processes.
We are certified installers of various roofing systems, including Glass-Reinforced Polyester (ProGRP), and EDPM Rubber. Both systems provide all-weather protection and are suitable for flat roofs. All these roofing solutions offer a 25–30-year life expectancy.
